If you cancel or reschedule inside 24 hours, if you no‑show, or if you arrive significantly late, you may be charged a fee. We will let you know at booking when a fee may apply and will consider your history with us when assessing charges.
If you are running late, please call us; we will do our best to accommodate you but may need to shorten or rebook the appointment to keep other bookings on time.
