Cancellation policy
You must give 24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking. If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice we will do our best to find a new time that works for you with no penalty.
If you cancel within less than 24 hours, arrive very late, or do not show up, you may be charged a fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could require prepayment or a card on file to hold future appointments. If you are running late, please call us — we will fit you in when possible, but service length may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients.
