Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps us offer your time to another guest and keeps our schedule running smoothly.
If you cancel or change with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you do not show up, you may be charged a fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could require a deposit for future bookings.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete your service within the remaining appointment time. If there is not enough time, we may need to reschedule and the late or shortened appointment could be treated as a late cancellation.
