24 hours of notice to cancel. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer your appointment time to another guest. Please cancel or move bookings through the same method you used to book, or call us during business hours.
If you cancel late, do not show up, or arrive significantly late, we may be charged a fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could affect your ability to book future appointments. If you arrive late we will do our best to complete your service within the remaining time; if we cannot, we may need to reschedule and the late/no-show guideline will apply.
