If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, we may charge a fee. If you do not show up at your appointment, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete your service during the remaining time; if we cannot, you may be asked to reschedule and a fee may apply.
