24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule is our standard. Please contact us as soon as you know you need to change your booking so we can offer the time to another client.
If you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours before your appointment, arrive very late, or do not show, we may charge a fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could require a deposit for future bookings. We will always consider individual circumstances—please tell us what happened and we will work with you. Arriving late may shorten your service so we can stay on schedule; you will be charged for the time used.
