If you cancel or reschedule inside that window, if you arrive more than a few minutes late, or if you do not show up, you may be charged a fee. We will always tell you about any applicable fee when you rebook or when we follow up after a missed appointment. If an emergency happens, please call or message us as soon as you can and we will work with you to reschedule without penalty when reasonable.
