We require at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Please contact us by phone or through the booking system to change your booking so we can offer the time to other clients.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not show, you may be charged a fee. Please arrive on time; if you are late we will try to accommodate you when possible, but late arrivals may result in a shortened service or treatment being rescheduled and could be subject to the same late-cancellation policy.
