We ask for 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations, no-shows, or arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be charged a fee depending on the booking and staff time.
We know plans change. If you need to change your time, please call or message us as early as possible. If you arrive late we will do our best to complete your service within the remaining time or adjust the service to avoid affecting other guests. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings. If we must cancel, we will contact you and offer to reschedule or provide a full refund for the cancelled appointment.
