We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking. Please call or message us through your booking confirmation to make changes. If you cancel within less than 24 hours, you may be charged a fee. Repeated late cancellations could require prepayment for future bookings.
If you do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee and will need to prepay to rebook. If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete your service within the remaining time; if the service must be shortened or rescheduled, the full appointment price may still apply.
