Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move your booking.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, if you do not show up, or if you arrive so late we cannot complete the service, you may be charged a fee. We will let you know when a fee applies and how to pay it.
If something unexpected happens, please call or message us as soon as you can and we will do our best to work with you. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect future bookings with us.
