Cancellation policy
We require 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. Please contact us by phone or the booking system so we can offer your slot to another guest.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, we may charge a fee. If you do not show up for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide the remaining time of your service but may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid affecting other guests. Any fee or adjustment will be explained when you rebook.
