Cancellation policy
24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule is requested. A late cancellation or a no-show may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will try to accommodate you but may need to shorten your service to avoid delaying other guests; you may be charged for the portion of the appointment that cannot be completed.
We ask that you call or message us as soon as you know you need to change your booking. For recurring or multi-service appointments we will discuss any adjustments with you at booking. Deposits or pre-authorizations help hold appointments and may be retained if a late cancellation or no-show occurs. We appreciate your understanding and aim to be fair and consistent.
