Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This helps us offer the time to another client and keeps our schedule running smoothly.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete your full service when possible; if your service must be shortened or rescheduled due to lateness, the same late-cancellation policy may apply. We will always communicate clearly about any charges and work with you when there are unavoidable emergencies.
