We ask for 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule appointments. Please call or use our booking system to change your booking so we can serve other clients.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, arrive very late, or do not show, we may be charged a fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could require a deposit for future bookings. If you arrive late we will do our best to complete the scheduled service within the remaining time; if the full service can’t be provided we may need to reschedule and the same late-cancellation policy may apply.
