If you arrive late we will do our best to complete your full service within your time slot, but we may need to shorten the treatment or reschedule to avoid impacting other clients. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee or a request for prepayment before future bookings. We’ll always communicate clearly and work with you when unexpected issues come up.
