Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. This helps us offer that time to other guests and keep schedules running smoothly.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or arrive very late, you may be charged a fee. A no-show may also be charged a fee and could affect your ability to book future appointments without a deposit. If you are running late, please call us; when possible we will accommodate shorter sessions, but if we cannot safely provide the service we may treat it as a late cancellation.
