Mindful Massage

This is a condensed full body massage. Offering less specific and detailed work than a 2-hour massage, in this 90 minute session we still aim to cover the full body.

It feels to me like I’m guided by clients’ physical and subtle energy body to unlock key areas that are contributing to tension and pain. There are often several distant areas that feel to me like they are physically tethered (or sometimes energetically connected) to main areas of density or imbalance.

Relaxation massage. Allow yourself extra time after massage to drink some water and return to this world before you need to drive or make decisions. For some, this service provides a deep, restorative rest. It might feel like you’re on vacation. You might snore. For others, they hop off the table full of energy, ready to get going with the rest of their day with increased vitality. Experience it for yourself to discover how a two-hour relaxation massage can benefit you.
