We ask for 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. Please cancel or reschedule through the booking link, by phone, or by replying to your booking confirmation so we can offer the time to other guests.

If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, arrive very late, or do not show up, you may be charged a fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could require a deposit for future bookings. We will always tell you about any fee at the time of the appointment or when we confirm a follow-up booking.
