Cancellation policy
24 hours of notice to cancel. We ask that you let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to cancel or move a booking so we can offer the time to another guest.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, arrive very late, or do not show, you may be charged a fee. We will tell you about any fee when we contact you after a late cancellation or no-show. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could require a deposit for future bookings. If unexpected emergencies arise, please call us as soon as possible and we will work with you to find a fair solution.
