Cancellation policy
We ask for 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel or move a booking with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you don’t show up, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete your service within the remaining time; if the stylist cannot complete the service because of lateness, the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.
We’ll always try to be fair. If there are emergencies or unusual circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to find a solution.
