This system increases blood flow through your muscles similar to the effects of a professional massage. Although the human body naturally excises waste causing soreness and fatigue, this takes time. Compression massage systems deliver that natural sequential compression and helps flush waste which causes the soreness, stress and fatigue in the muscle.

External receptors of the skin are not aware of NCS (NeuroCryoStimulation) signal where as they are normally programmed to react with traditional cold treatment techniques such as ice, sprays or forced air. Accordingly, the autonomic reflex response that forms the basis of the NCS treatment is completely different and a lot more powerful. It aims to regulate localized homoeostasis by means of mechanical and enzymatic action. The effectiveness of treatment results is achieved due to the potency of analgesic and vasomotor effects, combined with a powerful anti-inflammatory effect.

The vibrations are transferred to the user’s body, prompting a natural response to maintain stability. This automatic reaction engages muscles and joints, providing an effective workout without the need for conscious effort. Muscle fibers and motor nerves are more responsive to the vibrations than to the intentional contractions made during traditional exercises. Vibration platform machines offer the unique benefit of activating both types of muscle activity simultaneously, which can help strengthen muscles and improve cardiovascular health.Vibration therapy is widely used by professional athletes, physical therapists, trainers, and rehabilitation centers, and even in military training programs. Regular clothing; no special attire required.
