We provide convenient, compassionate blood draws and specialty specimen collections in homes, assisted living communities, memory care facilities, workplaces, and other care settings. Our mission is to reduce barriers to healthcare by meeting people where they are, while delivering accurate, reliable, and patient-centered care. We work with healthcare providers, healthcare organizations, concierge practices, specialty laboratories, and self-pay testing services to ensure specimens are collected safely and transported according to laboratory standards. We serve patients of all ages, including seniors, individuals with mobility limitations, busy professionals, and those who simply prefer the comfort and privacy of their own home. At Michigan Roots Mobile Lab, we believe healthcare should be personal, convenient, and rooted in compassion. Every visit is guided by professionalism, kindness, and a commitment to making the laboratory experience as comfortable and stress-free as possible.

Cancellation policy
24 hours of notice to cancel or move your booking. We ask that you let us know at least 24 hours before your appointment if you need to change or cancel. This helps us offer that time to another client and keeps our schedule running smoothly.
If you cancel or change with less than 24 hours’ notice, you may be charged a fee. A no-show may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within the remaining appointment time; if we cannot, we may need to reschedule and a late cancellation fee may apply.
We’ll always communicate clearly about any fee and explain next steps when you book or call.
