We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move your booking. This helps us offer the time to other guests and keeps our schedule fair.
If you cancel or change within less than 24 hours, or if you do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late we will do our best to complete the service within your remaining appointment time; if the full service cannot be done we may treat it as a late cancellation. We will always communicate clearly about any charge before collecting it.
