The basis of a disk perfectly gives in to disinfection, and replaceable files are disposable (one on the client). Cancellation policy
We require at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. Please contact us by phone or through the same method you used to book so we can rebook the time for other guests.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, do not arrive at your appointment, or arrive significantly late, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late we will do our best to provide the service in the remaining time; if that is not possible we may need to reschedule and the late or missed appointment may be charged. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows can affect future booking privileges.
