A hair color consultation is a meeting between a client and one of our hair stylist to help the client find the best hair color for them or a plan for coloring depending on the desired color versus the color your hair currently is. The consultation helps ensure that the client feels confident and on the same page as the stylist.

A hair extension consultation is a meeting with a technician to discuss your needs and preferences for hair extensions. The consultation helps you decide if hair extensions are right for you, and helps the technician find the best extensions for you. Consultations typically last 15–20 minutes.

A mini lash fill is a touch-up service that adds more lash extensions to fill in gaps caused by natural shedding. It's usually done about a week after a previous fill, must still have about 70–75% of your lash extensions intact.

A volume lash extension full set is a technique that involves applying multiple lightweight false lashes to each natural lash to create a fuller, thicker, and more dramatic look. The lashes are grouped together into fans, which can contain 2–6 individual lashes that are being applied to one natural lash.

A lash removal service removes eyelash extensions from natural lashes. The process involves applying a remover to break down the adhesive bond between the extensions and the lashes, then gently removing the extensions with tweezers or applicators. The goal is to avoid pulling on the natural lashes and to remove all the extensions, residue, and adhesive.
