24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule is requested. If you cancel or move a booking with at least 24 hours’ notice, we’ll do our best to accommodate a new time without penalty. If you cancel or reschedule inside 24 hours, you may be charged a fee. If you do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we may need to shorten your service so we stay on schedule; you may be asked to reschedule if there isn’t enough time for the full service. We’ll always explain any fee and work with you when we can.
