Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This helps us offer the time to other clients and keeps our schedule running smoothly.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or miss your appointment, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will try to accommodate you when possible, but your service may be shortened so we can stay on schedule and to avoid affecting other clients. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could result in requiring a deposit or prepayment for future bookings.
