We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking. Please contact us by phone or through your booking confirmation to make changes. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you but may need to shorten the service or reschedule to avoid impacting other guests. Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a fee. If we must reschedule or cancel your appointment, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative time. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may affect your ability to book future appointments. We appreciate your understanding and effort to give timely notice.
