Cancellation policy
24 hours of notice to cancel; a late cancellation or a no-show may be charged a fee. We ask that you give us at least 24 hours if you need to cancel or move your appointment so we can offer the time to other clients. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, arrive very late, or do not show, we may charge a fee or require prepayment for future bookings.
We understand emergencies happen. If something comes up, call or text as soon as you can and we will work with you. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a required deposit or limited booking privileges.
