Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you cancel with 24 hours or more notice, we will happily find a new time that works for you without penalty.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, arrive very late, or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee to cover the lost booking time. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could affect our ability to accept future bookings from you.
If something urgent happens, please contact us as soon as you can and we will review the situation with care.
