24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule is our standard request. If you cancel or move a booking with at least 24 hours notice, we’ll do our best to rebook you without any charge.
Late cancellations, no-shows, or very late arrivals may be charged a fee to cover the reserved therapist time. If you arrive late we may shorten the service to end on time so the next guest isn’t delayed; you will still be charged for the scheduled appointment. If we must cancel due to unforeseen staff or safety issues, we will contact you promptly and offer to reschedule or arrange a refund where appropriate.
