If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you may be charged a fee. If you do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will still honor your appointment when possible but may need to shorten the session to avoid affecting other guests; you may be charged for the full scheduled time if the service cannot be completed.
