Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This helps us offer that time to other clients and keeps our schedule running smoothly.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late, we will do our best to give you the remaining time of your appointment; if the service cannot be completed because of a late arrival, it may be treated as a late cancellation and you may be charged accordingly.
If you need help rescheduling, please contact us as soon as possible.
