If you cancel or change with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could require prepayment or a deposit for future bookings. If you arrive late we will do our best to provide the full service within the remaining time; if we cannot, we may need to shorten the service or reschedule and a fee may apply.
