If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, if you don’t show or if you arrive significantly late, we may be charged a fee. We will tell you about any applicable fee when we contact you. If you are running late, please call us; we will do our best to accommodate you but appointments may be shortened to avoid delaying other guests.
