24 hours of notice to cancel; a late cancellation or a no-show may be charged a fee.
We ask that you give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment. This helps us offer the time to other clients and keep our schedule running smoothly. If you arrive late we will do our best to accommodate you, but your service may be shortened to avoid affecting other clients. If you cancel late or do not show up, you may be charged a fee to cover part of the reserved time and staff preparation. If you have an emergency, please call us as soon as possible and we will work with you to reschedule fairly.
