Cancellation policy
We require at least 24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking. Please contact us by phone or the booking system to change your appointment so we can offer the time to another guest.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, if you do not show up, or if you arrive very late and we cannot complete the service, you may be charged a fee. We will explain any fee when we contact you. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment or a deposit for future bookings.
If you are delayed, call us as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate you.
