We ask for 24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking. Please contact us by phone or the booking link as soon as you know you need to change your appointment.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, you may be charged a fee. If you do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee and may need to prepay or leave a card on file for future bookings.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you but may need to shorten or reschedule the service to avoid impacting other guests. Any shortened service may still be charged at our discretion.
