Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. This helps us offer the time to other guests and keeps our schedule running smoothly.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or don’t show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows can require prepayment or a deposit for future bookings. If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete the service within your scheduled time; if the service must be shortened, you may still be responsible for the full service fee.
