We ask that you give us at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking so we can offer the time to other clients.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. If you arrive late we will do our best to accommodate you within your scheduled time; if we cannot safely complete the service we may need to reschedule and a late or no-show fee may apply.
