Cancellation policy
We require at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. Please call or use our online booking system to change your appointment so we can offer the time to other clients.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, arrive more than 15 minutes late, or do not show for your appointment, you may be charged a fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit for future bookings. If you are running late, call us; depending on the day and schedule we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to accommodate other clients.
