Cancellation policy
We ask for 24 hours of notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you give us at least 24 hours, we will happily move your booking or cancel without penalty.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not show, you may be charged a fee. We remind you politely when possible and apply fees consistently to protect our stylists' time. If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you within your scheduled time. If your service must be shortened because of lateness, the full service price may apply. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could affect future booking privileges.
