Cancellation policy
24 hours of notice to cancel. We ask that you give at least 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment so we can offer the slot to other clients. If you cancel or reschedule inside that window, or do not show up for your appointment, you may be charged a fee.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to complete your service within the remaining appointment time, but shorter sessions may affect results or require rescheduling. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a prepayment requirement for future bookings. Weโll always communicate clearly about any required fees.
