Cancellation policy
We require 24 hours of notice to cancel or move a booking. Please call or message us as soon as you know you need to change your appointment so we can offer the time to another guest.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, arrive extremely late, or do not show, you may be charged a fee. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows could require a deposit or prepayment for future bookings.
If you arrive late, we will do our best to provide your full service; if timing won’t allow the full service, we may shorten the appointment to fit the schedule or reschedule. We’ll always tell you the options when you arrive.
