We ask that you give us 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. This helps us offer the time to other guests and keeps schedules running smoothly.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, arrive very late, or do not show up at all, we may charge a fee to cover part of the reserved time. We will always let you know the possible fee when you rebook or when we contact you after a late cancellation or no-show.
