30-45 mins REQUIRED for all new clients (Installs / Transfers) and current clients that have gone beyond 10 weeks between Retightening appointment. The condition of the hair / locs will be evaluated. Any areas of concern will be addressed and annotated. Client hair goals and current maintenance routines will be discussed. Some locs will be retightened in order to approximate how long the FIRST Retightening appointment will take and its cost.
