Cancellation policy
We ask that you give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or move your booking. This allows us to offer the time to other clients and keeps our schedule fair.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, arrive very late, or do not show up at all, you may be charged a fee. We will always tell you about any potential charge when you book and remind you in your confirmation or reminder message.
If an emergency arises, contact us as soon as you can and we will work with you to find a solution.
