Cancellation policy
We require 24 hours of notice if you need to cancel or move a booking. If you tell us at least 24 hours before your appointment, we’ll happily reschedule or cancel without penalty.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, arrive extremely late, or do not show up, you may be charged a fee. We reserve the right to apply this fee to cover lost time and staff scheduling. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows can affect your ability to book future appointments.
If you run late, please call us; we will do our best to accommodate you but may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid impacting other guests.
