Cancellation policy
24 hours of notice to cancel; a late cancellation or a no-show may be charged a fee. We ask that you give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment so we can offer the time to another client. If you arrive late we will do our best to complete your service within the remaining time, but we may need to shorten or reschedule the appointment to avoid affecting others.
If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not show up, we may charge a fee. We will always communicate clearly about any charge and work with you to find a fair solution.
